Synopsis:
Ernest and Celestine return to Ernest's country to fix his precious, broken violin. Then, they discover that music has been banned throughout the country for years. For them, it's impossible to live without music! With the help of their accomplices, including a mysterious masked vigilante, Ernest and Celestine will try to put an end to this injustice and bring joy back to Bear Country.
