In the heart of downtown Mérida, Salón Gallos was born as a meeting point for those who live art as a way of being in the world.

Within the walls of a former factory, the space began to take shape around conversations, film screenings, music, food, and nights that stretched longer than expected. What started as a natural gathering place for artists, creators, and culturally curious minds gradually grew into a place where different disciplines coexist with ease.

Today, Gallos brings together several spaces under one roof: a restaurant in dialogue with local cuisine, a bar where the night finds its rhythm, a cinema devoted to films that deserve to be watched with attention, and a forum open to music, art, and cultural encounters.
